On occasion, amazing opportunities are presented, and you do everything you can to ensure you make the very most of that opportunity. Last year, CaterDirect’s sister company –CaterCombi,  supplied three Rational Combi Oven Units for the Farmers Dog.  

Despite the expected initial challenges of a complete refurbishment of the existing kitchen, the pub is the success it was expected to be, with tables booked way into the foreseeable future.  

This came with increasing demand and strain on existing facilities, staff and services. With a limited footprint on site, and very well documented power difficulties, an effective solution had to be found.  

Allowing them to not compromise on quality of the produce, using the local farmers as their supply chain, a production kitchen now sits nearby & CaterDirect were proud to have been part of this project.
